This Privacy Policy explains how Bloxable (“Bloxable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up.
• Content you provide — the instructions, tasks, messages, files, and configuration you give your agents.
• Communications data — when you connect a messaging channel (such as SMS, email, or Telegram), we process the phone numbers, addresses, and message content needed to send and receive those messages on your behalf.
• Integration data — data from third-party services you explicitly connect, used only to perform the actions you or your agents request.
• Usage and device data — log data, IP address, and basic device/browser information collected automatically to operate and secure the Services.
• Billing information — processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
• send and receive messages through the channels you connect;
• process transactions and manage your subscription;
• secure the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
• communicate with you about your account and support requests.

SMS / text messaging

If you connect an SMS channel, you and the recipients you communicate with may send and receive text messages through the Services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of any SMS conversation at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is obtained directly — either by a recipient messaging an agent first, or by an account owner providing and confirming their own number in the app — and is never purchased, rented, or obtained from third-party lists.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• with service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting, database, and payment providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations;
• with third-party services you explicitly connect, to carry out the actions you request;
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Bloxable, our users, or the public.

As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and are never provided to third parties.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may access, update, or delete your account information, disconnect any messaging channel or integration at any time, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact us to exercise them.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
