Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bloxable (“Bloxable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our website and services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Bloxable lets you create and operate AI assistant “agents” that perform tasks, connect to third-party tools, and communicate through channels you configure, such as email, SMS, and messaging apps.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or to contact people without proper consent;
• violate the rights of others or any applicable law, including telemarketing, anti-spam, and messaging regulations;
• distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the Services;
• send prohibited content (including content related to illegal activity) over any messaging channel.

4. Messaging & SMS program terms

When you connect an SMS channel, you can send and receive text messages through the Services. These messaging terms apply:

• Program description. Bloxable agents send conversational replies and task or account notifications to people who have opted in.
• Consent. Recipients opt in either by messaging an agent first, or, for account owners, by providing and confirming their own mobile number in the app. We never message purchased or rented lists.
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@bloxable.io.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your use of SMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services to message others, you are the sender of those messages and are responsible for obtaining any required consent and complying with all applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans and usage-based charges are billed through our payment processor. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Services on your behalf. You are responsible for the content your agents generate and send.

7. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party tools you choose to connect. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or acting on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloxable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bloxable is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
